After opening a new restaurant last year and looking into several restaurant supply places in the area I found SRS associates to be incredibly professional. Returned my requests for quotes on appliances and larger items quickly. I found most of the smaller items I needed in the store and was able to order the convection oven and John Boos bakers table I wanted. They also quoted a better price than other places. I worked mostly with Frank and cannot over state enough how helpful and professional he was during every interaction. He made sure to follow up and email me after I purchased the convection oven to tell me about a rebate I could apply for thru my energy company. Which I did and was able to get back over 300. The store itself is smaller than some of the bigger chain restaurant supply places but you can always order just what you need and I found the staff to be much more helpful and friendly than the other "appropriately named" supply place. I go out of my way to shop at SRS whenever I need more equipment. Thank you for your excellent service!
Such a fun store and truly open to ALL! I'm just a home cook but loved to learn about all of the high quality commercial products they carry as well picked up so many fun and long lasting items for my own kitchen at such good prices. Super organized, clean and airy, and staff were super nice, efficient, and knowledgable. I hang out in grocery stores to see pretty labels and for inspiration and this store has brought a new joy to my life. Thank you!
The Seattle Restaurant Store was awesome to work with during our recent renovation/equipment upgrade. This is a gem of a store for a homecook foodie. You get some of the best kitchen gadgets for a fraction of the price of high end kitchen supply boutiques. I needed metal measuring cups and William Sonoma was charging 50 for a set. I found a nearly identical set at this place for 15. The person at the counter was super helpful in finding what I needed and answered any questions I had. If you are looking for something specific for your kitchen, go this store first before you try Amazon or other kitchen stores.

As a former restaurant chef, I can say that this store offers everything a home chef could possibly need — or want. Their website promises 20,000 square feet of kitchen equipment, and do they ever deliver! Their products are primarily commercial-grade (sometimes a bit more than retail) but you know they will last forever in a home kitchen. Their cookware and cutlery selections are the best I’ve found in Seattle. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions. Highly recommended.
